Create Academy Records in UKG

You can add an Academy Record to a client's profile in two ways:

  1. During the client's onboarding, when using HR Action 1A or 1B. There is an Academy Class Record Step. Click "add inventory profile" and follow the prompts to add a class record.
  2. Add to a client's profile directly. 

To add to a client's profile directly:

  1. Search for the client in UKG using the search bar in the top right corner. Click on their name or photo to open their profile. 
  2. From their profile, select the demographics tab and then scroll down to the Career Academy section. Click add or click the class number to open an existing record.
  3. Click add again when the following opens. 
  4. Add information to the record and SAVE! You can also make a note on the record by clicking the message icon by the save button or attach a supporting document by clicking the paper clip

You can return to the Career Academy section of the employee's profile at any time to review or edit these records. To delete a duplicate record: slide the slider bar over to the far end of the Career Academy section box, click the ... for actions, select delete.
