Add Client Work Experience In UKG

You can add pre and post-academy work experience in UKG to help with job placement and grant reporting.
- Search for the employee in UKG using the search bar in the upper right of your screen and open their employee profile. Select the Demographics tab. Scroll down to or select "Work Experience".
- Click "+ Add" to create a new employment record.
- Confirm the employee's name by clicking "Add".
- Complete the applicable fields. Use the paperclip to attach supporting documentation and the notes icon to create a follow up note.
- Save the record, and you are done!
