View Pay/Check Stubs/Statements in UKG

How To View Pay Stubs on Computers

1. Log in to UKG:
   1. Link To UKG
   2. Help Article
2. Navigate to the My Pay Tab, then My Pay Statements 
3. Select "Recent" at the top for your most recent pay stubs, or " Historical " for pay stubs from 1/1/2026 or later. Click the magnifying glass icon or "Pay Statement" to view and print the detailed pay statement. 

How To View Pay Stubs On Mobile

1. Log in to UKG Ready App:
   1. Help Article
2. From the Employee Home tab, select Pay, then "View Pay Stubs"

Historical Pay Statements 

1. From the "My Home" tab of the web or mobile app, select My Pay, then My Historical Pay Statements
2. Change the "Recent" tab at the top to "Historical"
3. All pay statements from 2025 and before will appear. Use the 3 dots in the action column to preview or download the statements.
