Email Catch All & Non-Existent Addresses

Updated:

Emails sent to one of the domains managed by Blue Jacket (see the article “Domains Managed By Blue Jacket (Safe Senders)”) that do not have an existing user prefix will be forwarded to archive@bluejacketinc.org. The archive email will send an autoreply to the sender to let them know that the address they attempted to contact is not correct. It will also forward a copy of the message to contact@bluejacketinc.org.

Examples of emails that do not have an existing prefix may be:

  • any email @bluejacketacademy.org except for lab emails (1@, 2@, etc.).
  • any email @tallrabbitcafe.org except for contact@tallrabbitcafe.org.
  • any email @shopbluejacketinc.org.
  • emails to @bluejacketinc.org with errors such as an email to contacts@bluejacketin.org instead on the correct contact@bluejacketinc.org.
  • emails to @fortwaynelightfest.com, @fortwaynelightfest.org, @fwlightfest.com, and @fwlightfest.org excluding contact@ for each domain.
