Change Your Caller ID Number

Users can choose to call from either their direct line or the office main line (260-744-1900). The main line number has a better chance of being answered because it is logged on more caller IDs. Calling from the main line will also direct return calls through the auto-attendant menu first, to ensure they reach the right person instead of your inbox. 

To change the number that appears when you make an outbound call:

1. Open Google Voice and login to your work account. 
2. Click the "Call As" dropdown menu.
3. Select the "Main Office" option.
4. Make calls as you normally would. Outbound calls will appear as "BLUE JACKET, INC."
