Add Employers To UKG

To add a new employer to UKG:

  1. Login to UKG and click the Blue Jacket logo in the upper left to ensure you are on a home page.
  2. Hover over the "Team Actions" menu and select "All Team Actions".
  3. Make sure you are on the "Available" tab, then select "Start" beside "Add A New Employer"
  4. Enter the contract date for the employer or the first date of contact if there is no contract. Select "Continue". 
  5. Follow the instructions on the workflow and select "submit" when complete. The profile will take effect immediately as it does not require approval.
