Accepting You Ubiquiti Invite

Admin Access (step 1 when applicable)

New users with admin access to any tool, like cameras, will first receive an invite, as pictured below. Accept the invitation and create your Ubiquiti account using your work email. If you are prompted to create a passkey, do so.

Once login is complete, you will be taken to the account management screen pictured below. You can close the tab and do not need to bookmark. 

Bookmark https://account.ui.com to access camera and network settings from the web. Also, download the mobile app for your applicable access and understand how you will receive important notifications. 

User Access

All users will be invited to Ubiquiti Endpoint with an email like the one seen below. Click "Activate Endpoint" on the mobile device or computer you will use as a future key card to access alarm and door systems. 
Log in with existing credentials, or create a new account using your Blue Jacket email. When prompted, create a passkey and download the Ubiquiti Endpoint app.
