Alarm Services Hotline

All alarm notifications are first made to the Blue Jacket Alarm Services Hotline: 260-207-4268

The hotline will ring all included users office phones simultaneously for 30 seconds. If no users answers, the following message will read, and the alarm company will begin calling established personal mobile numbers from the user call list: "Thank you for calling the Blue Jacket, Inc. Alarm Services Hotline. There is no member in this group available to answer the security call. If this is a service call, stay on the line to leave a message; otherwise, please hang up and begin calling users' personal numbers from the call list."

Users on the missed call notifications list will receive an email each time a call is not answered within 30 seconds.
