Submit Maintenance Tickets & Check Status

To submit maintenance tickets email maintenance@bluejacketinc.org including a description of your project in the subject and details in the body. This will automatically open a ticket and you will receave a confirmation email.
You can check the status of your ticket on the Maintenance tab on UKG. Log in to your account > Blue Jacket Logo > Maintenance
