Update Direct Deposit

There are 2 options for updating direct deposit:

1. Update information via self-service in UKG. Learn how.
2. Complete a paper direct deposit form in-person at our headquarters building, 2826 S. Calhoun St, Fort Wayne, IN 46807. You will also need a letter from your bank or screenshot from mobile banking to verify account numbers (for option 2 only).
