Enroll in OnePay

Blue Jacket recommends utilizing UKG Wallet instead of OnePay for most employees. UKG Wallet offers greater mobile banking features and next-day pay options.

OnePay gives employees another option for depositing their checks. Onepay is a simple online checking account accessed via the OnePay app or website.

Unlike UKG Wallet and Rapid Paycards, Blue Jacket IT/HR is NOT able to assist employees with the management of their OnePay account. Employees must manage all aspects of the account directly with OnePay Customer support.

To open a OnePay account:

Login to UKG
Navigate to update direct deposit:
1. On Desktop: Click the Blue Jacket Logo in the top left > Click the green "My Pay" Icon > Select "Update My Direct Deposit" from the dropdown > Select start beside the section that says "2B-Update My Direct Deposit"
2. On Mobile: From the main menu, select the "Update info" icon > click "2B - Update My Direct Deposit"
From the page that opens, select the plus icon beside OnePay
Select "Continue"
Agree to the terms
Enter the verification code sent to your personal device and verify the information provided is up to date. Select "Agree and create account".
Click finish after the final screen loads to update your direct deposit in UKG to your OnePay account.

You are all set and can continue to manage your account through UKG. A banking card will be mailed to you. Blue Jacket does not have instant issue cards available.
