Email Signature Templates

Your email signature is controlled by IT. Manual changes will only last until the next data sync. Data sync happens twice a day. To change your signature beyond the options available in this article, contact IT. 

Employee signatures are managed by IT through SignatureSatori. To manage your signature: 

  1. Go to: https://www.signaturesatori.com/app/user/ and login with your Blue Jacket Google account. 
  2. On the page that opens, you can edit details about your signature. If you leave a detail line blank, it will not appear. Fields that are dark grey can only be changed by submitting an IT ticket. 
    If you have a Blue Jacket business card, you already have a digital business card page on our website. https://www.bluejacketinc.org/first-last   You must use the full link in all link fields for them to function properly. 
  3. When done, you can preview your signature.
  4. Submit your request, you will get an email once IT has approved it. Post approval, it can take up to 24 hours for the new signature to appear in your Gmail. 



For lab computer and non-staff accounts, a manual adjustment of email signatures may be required. This adjustment should only be made under the direction of IT. Use this help document to make changes.
