For Android, Samsung, Google Phones - UKG Ready Location Access

UKG Ready will only have access to your location when you use the app. UKG Ready only records your location at the time that you make a time punch.

Please note that there are several Android operating system interfaces and that your devices may not match these instructions exactly. If these instructions are not helpful, try deleting and reinstalling the UKG Ready app. It should then prompt you to allow location services in the in-app setup.

There are 2 parts to enabling location services for UKG Ready Mobile on Androids:

1-Enable Global Location Services

Open the Settings app on your Android phone.
Scroll down and tap Location.
Toggle the switch to On at the top of the screen.

2-Grant UKG Ready App Permission

Open Settings and tap Apps (or Apps & Notifications).
Find and select UKG Ready from the list of installed apps.
Tap Permissions, then select Location.
Choose Allow only while using the app or Allow all the time (choose the option required for your time-clock or geofencing needs).
Ensure Use precise location is toggled on for accurate clock-ins.
