Phones & Remote Phone Access
You must be on the main office internet to use the websites listed in this article. Users on other networks will receive an error code.
A copy of all new voicemails are sent to the default phone users email. Expect a 5-30 minute delay between delivery to your physical desk phone and delivery to your email.

Quick Reference Guide:
Call internally: lift the phone and dial the extension.
Call externally: lift the phone, dial 9+phone number.
Hold so any extension can pick up (park): while on the call press either of the two park buttons, hang up, pick up the call on any phone by picking up the phone and pressing the park button again.
Private hold at your desk: push the red HOLD button, to pick up the call press the flashing CALL key.
Check caller ID of parked call: press FEATURE then press PARK KEY - caller ID will display.
Transfer call from your phone to another: press the TRANSFER key, dial the extension number, announce the call (optional), hang up.
Transfer call to another voicemail box: press TRANSFER + VMSG + EXT#, hang up.
Conference Call: while on a call, press CONG, dial EXT# (or 9+number for outside line), when the other party answers, press ADD, repeat until all members are added, press BEGIN (6 person max including your own phone).
Change ring tone:
To listen: press SPK + 711 + 1 0r 2 + dial pattern 1-8
To change: press SKP + 720 + 1 or 2 + dial pattern 1-8
Listen to voicemails: press VMsg then 5.
Skip to the end of someone’s voicemail greeting: when you hear the greeting press *
