The following are for active Blue Jacket employees with appropriate permissions only.

Access Security Camera Feed

Via App (Preferred Method)
Office, BJCC, ReNew: Apple - Andriod
Tall Rabbit: Apple - Andriod

Via Web Browser (Error Prone)

Access to security cameras on the web is not recommended, but is available for the HQ, BJCC, and ReNew. It is limited to when you are on the same Wi-Fi as the cameras in question. To view them online visit http://172.16.1.5/doc/index.html#/portal/login and enter your security credentials. It may prompt you to download an extension on the first use.

For Tall Rabbit Cameras: Find the IP Address: Locate the IP address of your Speco Gray NVR. Access the Web Interface: Open a web browser and enter the NVR’s IP address or DDNS address if configured. Login: Enter the username and password for your NVR. View Live Footage: Navigate to the live view or recordings section to view your cameras.

Door Codes

• If you have forgotten your code or it has been compromised and you need a new one, submit an IT Ticket.
• For Distress calls: When entering your security code into the security panel, you will need to enter 0 before your 4 digit code, then # (Enter key is the pound # key). Example: if your code is 1234, you would enter 01234#. This will send a distress signal to Sonitrol and the police will be dispatched.
• Arm and disarm processes are different for each location/version of alarm. In general:
• To Arm: Enter your code, select the “On” “Arm” on “Auto On” button, select enter or #.
• To Disarm: Enter your code and hit the enter or #.
