Terminated User Emails

What happens to a terminated users emails?

  • Their inbox will temporarily be delegated to their supervisor who will be able to access all their old messages and send emails from their address.
  • After 15 days, the email will be moved to archive@bluejacketinc.org. The supervisor will loose access to historic emails.
  • After the 15 day mark, all new emails sent to the inbox will receive an auto reply from archive@bluejacketinc.org letting them know that the email they have attempted to contact had been deactivated, but that their email has been forwarded to another team member for help. The email will then be forwarded by archive@bluejacketinc.org to the previous supervisor of the terminated employee.
