Wi-Fi Access

Employee networks carry varying levels of security and access.

Ethernet Direct Connections: Your computer is connected directly to the network through a network cable. No password needed. For issues, submit an IT Ticket.

Ethernet Phone Pass Through: Your computer is connected to the network through a network cable that passes through your desk phone and then on to a port in the wall. No password needed. To troubleshoot, ensure that the source cable coming from the wall is connected to the “Lan(=)” port on the back of your phone and the cable running from your device is connected to the “PC(x)” port beside it. Try disconnect each cable for 30 seconds and then re-connect, ensuring the cable ends are snapped all the way into the ports. For issues, submit an IT Ticket.

Wi-Fi Networks: Your computer is wireless and connected to one of the following networks:
Blue Jacket Headquarters

• “BlueJacket - Staff”: This network is for Blue Jacket owned and managed devices that are operated by staff only. No phones, client devices, or other outside devices should be connected to this network. The password is not shared outside the IT Department. You should not operate your work laptop on any other network at Blue Jacket. To re-connect an approved device, submit and IT Ticket.
• “Blue Jacket - Academy”: This network is for client facing devices that are still owned and operated by Blue Jacket. Examples would be classroom laptops and lobby computers. Staff should not operate their devices on this network or share the password with others for personal or cellular device use. The password is not shared outside the IT Department. To re-connect an approved device, submit and IT Ticket.
• “BlueJacket  - Guest”: Guests may connect to this network. Staff may use this network for their personal and cellular device. The network password is “BlueJacket2003”. This network is throttled to improve performance of other networks.
