Reset A Report's UKG Password or Unlock

You may need to reset an employees password or unlock their account.


To Unlock An Account: My Home > Team Actions > Team Account Unlock > Select the employees name from the list that appears > apply >Unlock - The Account Is Now Unlocked 



To Reset A PasswordMy Home > Team Actions > Team Reset Password > Select the employees name from the list that appears > apply > Reset Password - A Reset Email Has Been Sent

Bulk Account Unlock For Admins: 
  1. Navigate to 3 Lines icon (hamburger menu) > Gear Icon > Company Settings > Mass Edit > Mass Edit Profiles
  2. Then in the column that states if the employees status of Yes or No if their account is Locked, set that Yes, then refresh.
  3. This will show all employees that have a Locked account.
  4. Select All, then click Mass Edit.
  5. Scroll to the Misc. Field section, then check Unlock Account.
  6. Click Apply Change.
  7. This should now unlock all of the accounts that have not logged in and now should be able to access the application now.
