Add An Academy Class Record or Education

Login to UKG and navigate to the Team Info tab. Click on the photo of the employee you need to update an education or class record for.

For Non-Academy Class Records:

  1. Select the Demographics tab and scroll down to education. You can enter the highest grade level completed or an individual record for more details about specialty diplomas or degrees 

For Academy Records: 

  1. Navigate to the Demographics tab of the employee's profile, then scroll down to credentials and select "Add".
  2. Choose "Academy Record" and save. 
  3. Fill out the fields that expand:
    1.   Check the Active Box for clients currently in class only
    2. Document # is Class #
    3. Issued is graduation date, don't enter if not graduated
    4. Class is Class #
    5. Type is Standard or Integrated 
    6. Other fields as noted
  4. Save.
