Update Information For A Client In UKG

To update employee information in UKG:
Method 1:
- In UKG navigate to the Team Info Tab and select the profile icon.
- Navigate between the tabs at the top of the profile to view all fields. Fields that are editable will appear lighter the non-editable fields. If the field you desire to change is non-editable here, you will need to skip to method 2.
- Select Save before leaving the tab.
Method 2:
- From UKG navigate to the Team Actions dropdown and select All Team Actions.
- Make sure you are on the available tab to launch a new action and then select "Start" for the applicable action.
- Complete the prompts selecting the applicable employees and fill in the applicable fields. Some Action types may require approval from someone else at Blue Jacket. In this event, you wont see the changes you made right away.
