Sunset Timeline For Paylocity & Dashboard

Paylocity & Dashboard are going away! Prepare yourself to avoid lockout or data loss.

10/03/2025: Final day to enter case notes, demographics, and paperwork into Paylocity. Beginning 10/4 the system will ONLY be used for Timesheets and Time Off.
10/27/2025: All Data Entry users are grated access to UKG and can begin filling backlog of information that could not be entered into Paylocity. Onboarding tasks and profile updates now made in UKG.
10/27/2025: Paper Disciplinary forms are de-commissioned and all write-ups are conducted in UKG.
10/27/2025: Dashboard goes offline and employees must use "BJI Info" tab in UKG.
10/30/2025: Paylocity Time goes offline and employees begin PTO requests and clocking in/out Via UKG.
10/30/2025: All employees locked out of Paylocity.
10/31/2025: PTO and other balances are now accurate in UKG.
01/07/2026: First UKG Payroll
01/15/2026: Final tax forms issued to employees via Paylocity and final payments to vendors made.
