View A Report's Points

As a supervisor you may need to review the points total or history of an employee assigned to you. There are two ways to review point totals:

Note that points are auto generated by disciplinary forms and late in/outs on timesheets. Point warnings will be sent to manager's emails when an employee gains new points. 

Method 1 - Profile View

  1. Login to UKG and Open the "Team Info" Tab, from here select the employee profile view button for the applicable employee.
  2. Select the "Points & Notes" Tab. The active points total will be displayed on the left and any incidents (case notes, disciplinary forms, barriers) will be listed on the right.
  3. If you believe the points total is incorrect, or you want to see a more detailed view, click "Manage Points".
  4. From this page you can select "Recalculate Balance" to force a refresh of the total current points, click "View Detail" to view details about when points were accrued and how that effected the running balance, and the filter icon to narrow the date range or show expired points. 

Method 2 - Multi-Employee View 

  1. Login to UKG and from the "Team Performance" menu select "Team Points".
  2. This page displays point total for your team, you can also adjust filers as needed.
