Customize Views On Your UKG Dashboard & Reports

You can customize some widgets on your UKG Dashboard to be more effective for you. Here is how:

1. Open UKG and find the Report of widget you would like to change.
   1. Use the dropdown in each column to make changes
   2. Use the expanded settings view to see more options
2. Once the report is as you wish, select the expanded settings menu and "Save View As"
3. In order for the report to run with this view each time you open it, be sure to select "My Default View" and "Run Immediately". Name the report something you will remember. Select Save & Run.
4. Once saved the report will be set as the default for the report or Dashboard widget you are currently in. You can always navigate to the system view or other views you have created by selecting the view drop-down and making a new selection.
