Donate PTO To The Bank In UKG

Donated PTO can not be reclaimed and can not be given to a specific individual. Donated PTO is stored in the bank and can be used by anyone deemed eligible based on Blue Jacket Policy. Donating PTO is a great way to give back to co-workers in need and to lower your PTO bank balance if you have stopped accruing PTO due to your max accrual. 

To Donate PTO

1. Login to UKG > Home > My Time > Donate PTO
2. Select the bank you want to donate to, currently the PTO bank is the only available pool. The balance shown is the amount you have donated to the bank in the past, not the total amount in the PTO Bank or the amount available to you.  Select Donate under the bank. 
3. Select the bank you want to donate from, most employees will only see their PTO balance, not other types of time off. Enter the number of hours you wish to donate. Select the recalculate button to view a summary. Click donate to finalize. 
4. Time will be deducted from you PTO bank.
