UKG Performance Reviews

Reviews are a multi-step process.


View Action Items

Each time any participant in the process has an action item, it will appear in their to-do list. To access your UKG to-do list: 

  1. Login to UKG
  2. Click the bell icon in the upper-right corner
  3. Select the "My To Do Items" tab


Peer Review - Non-Transitional Reviews Only

Each employee may select 1-3 peers to provide input on their performance during the review period. The employee will receive a to-do item to select these peers 7 days before the review is set to begin. If an employee fails to select peers for their review, the deadline for peer feedback is not extended.

Both the employee and reviewer will be able to see peer feedback after it is submitted. If the peer does not select the "Submit" button before the review start date, all peer feedback will be lost and will not be recoverable. Please note that the save button does save your progress, but is not the same as the submit button. After peer review or reviews are submitted, they can not be changed. 

On the review start date (7 days after the peer review notification) peer review will lock. At this time, managers and employees can begin to work on their self-review/review. 


Review Completion

The self-review and review contain the same questions.
