Review Timesheets In The Employer Portal

Timesheets that have already been approved or submitted by another user can no longer be edited. Timesheets will auto-submit on Tuesday at 12:00pm. 

Overview

To review timesheets in the employer portal, you will first need a login with active 2-step verification sent to an email or phone at your company. If you do not have a login or encounter problems with your login, you can submit a ticket using the IT Portal or by emailing IT@BlueJacketInc.org. 

To Review Timesheets

  1. Login to the employer portal: HERE 
  2. From the landing page, select the Timesheets Tab
  3. Scroll to the "Timesheets awaiting my approval" area. You may expand this report to full screen, if desired, by clicking on its bolded title. To approve, select the box beside applicable employees, and then "Approve". 
  4. To view timesheets in more detail before approval, select the pencil icon. 
  5. From the page that opens you can add new line items, adjust current entries by time or in bulk hours, and then save or approve the report. 
You can return to the main dashboard at any time by clicking the Blue Jacket logo in the upper left.
