Turn On VPN When On Public Networks

Blue Jacket Staff are always encouraged to connect to secure, Blue Jacket-managed, Wi-Fi. However, that is not always possible. When attending meetings or working in the community, we strongly recommend connecting to Blue Jacket's VPN to maintain the integrity of your connection. 

To connect to a Blue Jacket VPN, you must first have access to Ubiquiti Endpoint and have the app downloaded to your device. 

1. Before connecting to public Wi-Fi, open the Endpoint app.
2. Login if necessary.
3. From the options in the app that opens, select VPN and ensure that all proper permissions are granted in your phone settings. 
4. To deactivate the VPN, click the VPN button in endpoint again. Do not turn off VPN in your settings.
